Our Journey
From Online Bakery to a Warm Community Space
Mimine started as an online bakery, offering handcrafted celebration cakes made with love and organic ingredients. Over time, it grew into something much bigger – a brick-and-mortar space where baked goods meet imagination.
Today, Mimine is not just a bakery, but a play café with Speelstad, our unique indoor role-play playground, and a place to host small private celebrations like kids' birthdays, high tea gatherings, and baby showers.

A Place of Connection, Community, and Organic Delights
After working in luxury hospitality for over a decade, Laetitia found herself longing to create something more meaningful. Inspired by her journey into motherhood and a move to the beautiful city of Enkhuizen, she created Mimine, a space that brings people together through delicious organic treats, imaginative play, and heartfelt celebrations.
